Doelgroep:
Desktop Support Technicians in een Microsoft omgeving:
IT medewerkers die Windows 7gebruikers ondersteunen in een bedrijfsomgeving of bij thuisgebruik maar geen certificering op MCTS of MCITP zoeken. Na het behalen van één examen ben je ook MCTS gecertificeerd.
Voorkennis:
Kandidaten moeten 6 maanden ervaring hebben met het gebruik van de applicaties die bij het besturingssysteem horen, zoals Microsoft Internet Explorer en Microsoft Outlook Express, alsmede met de Microsoft Office applicaties. Daarnaast gaat Microsoft ervanuit dat kandidaten basiskennis hebben van besturingssystemen, hardware componenten, netwerkprotocollen (TCP/IP), command line utilities. Deze kennis kan verworven worden door middel van de A+ en Network+ cursussen.
