Agile / Scrum Refresh course
Target Audience
Scrum users, (Certified) Product Owners, (Certified) Scrum Masters, Analysts, Architects, Developers and Testers who work daily with Scrum and have hands-on experience with a minimum of 6 sprints. The refresher course is also for former-Scrum users that would like to 'start again'.
Description
Share your Scrum experiences with other users of this framework. This day is interactive and hands-on day based on the following cases:
- How is the Product Owner role fulfilled in other companies?
- What is the daily experience in facilitating the team as a Scrum Master?
- How can you get the most use out of the stand up and the planning and achieve the goal of the sprint?
- What is the essence of the review/demo and retrospective meeting and how can you get the feedback-mechanism work?
- There will also be enough time for the Agile thoughts and the manifesto and to discuss what the daily business of the Agile principles is.
